i realli cant understand how paranoid some callers can be... today one caller emailed a complaint to LTA...... regarding abt 2 streetlights that were out since 2 days ago...... my colleague took down the info, and escalated to the contractor...

but it seems 2 days was too long for the caller...and she called in again to complain...... unfortunately she seemed to think that no one cares..... so she took matters into her own hand... blew it out of proportion... and emailed to LTA...

well, so far u may think that itz normal..... yeah, it IS normal to complain ..... but what is NOT NORMAL..... is that she actually attentioned the email to LTA's very own CEO!! (Mr Ho Meng Kit) as if that is not enough, she actualli cc the email to LEE HSIEN LOONG and another MINISTER( Mr Yeo something something)!!!

YES!! to LEE HSIEN LOONG!!! THE DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER of Singapore !!!!!! can u believe it ?!?! i wonder how she managed to get these people's email address..... and itz all becoz of 2 lamp posts that had no light........ wah lau eh.......

and the email was an essay long..... omg...... cant believe that some S'poreans can have so much free time..... lucky i wasnt the one who took the call on that day.....

damn... this can be the most stressful call centre job so far.......
